Terms of service

The terms on which the house sells its pieces. Written plainly, so nothing sits in the dark.

These terms

These terms apply to every order placed with ORLÈVANE through this site. By placing an order you accept them.

The house may update these terms; the version published at the moment of your order is the version that applies to it.

Each silhouette is made in an edition of eight. When an edition closes, the size is shown as unavailable and you may join the waitlist for it.

Campaign images are lit for the stage. Colour may read differently on your screen than in daylight.

An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when the house confirms the order by email.

If a piece or size becomes unavailable after you order, the house will write to you and refund that line in full.

Prices are shown in the currency of the store and include applicable tax where stated at checkout.

Payment is taken at checkout, which is operated by Shopify. The house does not store your card details.

Orders placed before 1pm leave the atelier the same working day. Delivery windows are shown on each product page and on the shipping page.

Duties and import taxes outside the United Kingdom are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

You may return an unworn piece within 14 days of delivery, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
