What the house collects

When you order: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone number if given, and the pieces and sizes ordered.

When you join the house list: your email address and the page you joined from.

When you write to the house or join a waitlist: your email address, your message or preferred size, and the piece it concerns.

Why it is collected

To take, make and deliver your order, and to answer you about it.

To send the house list to those who asked for it, and to tell a waitlist when an edition reopens.

To keep the accounts and tax records the law requires.

Who it is shared with

Shopify, which operates checkout and payment. The house does not see or store your card details.

The courier carrying your parcel, which receives the delivery address only.

Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising by third parties.

How long it is kept

Order records are kept for six years, as tax law requires.

House list addresses are kept until you leave the list. Every letter carries a link to leave it.

Waitlist entries are removed once the edition reopens and you have been written to.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased where the law allows.

Write to privacy@orlevane.com and the house will answer within one month.
